What we collect.
Shri Vrindavan Ventures Pvt. Ltd. runs this website for our eyewear store on Ashiana–Digha Road, Patna. We collect as little as we can, and never sell it.
Visitor stats
We use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are used (for example WhatsApp, call, directions, catalogue downloads), with your approximate city and device type. Advertising features are switched off. It helps us understand what customers look for.
Eye-test bookings
When you book, we receive your name, phone number, preferred date and time, and any note you add. We use them only to confirm and manage your visit, and keep them for up to 12 months.
AI Stylist chat
Questions you type in the chat are sent to Google Gemini to write a reply, along with frames from our catalogue. Google may use chats on its free service to improve its products, so please don’t share personal or health details in the chat.
Face-shape finder
The camera image is processed on your own phone or computer. It is never uploaded or saved by us.
WhatsApp and calls
When you message or call us, we use your number only to reply. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Your choices
To see or delete what we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp or email shrivrindavanventures@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
